Enter a scheduled telehealth appointment

First you will need to create a portal account by clicking on the link from your welcome email. If you do not initially see a welcome email, please look in your spam or other folders, the sender is noreply@therapyportal.com. If you have not received a welcome email, please request that it be resent. Follow the instructions to create the portal account from the link in the welcome email. Once you have created a portal account, future appointments can be accessed directly from the website: https://www.therapyportal.com/p/angelaattri/.
You can enter the session from the “Home” or the “Telehealth” tabs. The “Appointments” tab only lists scheduled appointments, but does not have a link to the video playform.
If you are using a mobile device, after entering the session, you may need to scroll down to click on “I’m ready.”
The link in the welcome email expires after 7 days. If it has expired, please request that it be resent.
